DESCRIPTION:The Rehoboth Beach Independent Film Festival (RBIFF) is the old
 est and\nlargest event of its kind in the State of Delaware. Now in its 24
 th\nyear\, the award winning RBIFF has developed into a mid-Atlantic fall\
 ndestination event for film enthusiasts from more than fifteen states.\nTh
 e seven-day event is held every November and offers a wide variety\nof Ame

 t arts organization which also provides a broad\nscope of independent film
