A Sunday Drive: Hidden Gems of the Inland Bays

Hop aboard the state parks minibus for a Sunday drive and see the bays from all different angles! This all-day adventure will begin and end at the Indian River Life-Saving Station and will circumnavigate Rehoboth & Indian River Bays, stopping at hidden gems along the way. The total hiking distance for the whole day will be about 4-5 miles. Pack a picnic lunch and bring a lawn chair or picnic blanket. And the end of the tour, if you simply can’t get enough of the scenery, be sure to continue your adventurous day with a self-guided hike at Burton Island Nature Preserve or a sunset walk over the Indian River Inlet bridge.
