Downton Abbey: A New Era is an entertaining drama and sequel to the popular 2019 film Downton Abbey and multiple award-winning drama series of the same name. Downton Abbey: A New Era treats viewers to the Crawly family navigating the last years of the Roaring Twenties. From Emmy and Academy Award winner, writer Julian Fellowes comes this much-anticipated motion picture event. The cinematic return of the global phenomenon reunites the beloved cast as they go on a grand journey to the South of France to uncover the mystery of the Dowager Countess Violet Crawley’s (two-time Oscar winner, Maggie Smith) newly inherited gorgeous villa.
