Harbor of Refuge Lighthouse Talk

Please join the Overfalls Foundation as Red Moulinier, from the Delaware River and Bay Lighthouse Foundation gives a history of the past 22 years of Harbor of Refuge Lighthouse restoration and the challenges the DRBLF have faced. The lighthouse anchors one end of Lewes’ Outer Breakwater, and this presents hazards to the lighthouse structure. The talk will cover how the Foundation continues to work with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to solve some of these issues. Red will also talk about past lighthouse tours and the sunset cruises that the foundation runs every year. Join us at the Lewes Public Library at 4:00 on April 21st for the final presentation in this season's Winter Speaker Series.
