  is the pen name of\nParker Nolen\, a nationally recognized expert in bioe
 thics\, regulatory\naffairs\, and institutional oversight. He earned his d
 octorate in\nBioethics from Albany Medical College and has spent more than
 \ntwenty-five years working at the intersection of clinical ethics\,\nrese
 arch compliance\, and emerging technologies in healthcare.\nThroughout his
  career\, Dr. Nolen has advised hospital ethics\ncommittees\, nonprofit or
