  is the pen name of\nParker Nolen\, a nationally recognized expert in bioe
 thics\, regulatory\naffairs\, and institutional oversight. He earned his d
 octorate in\nBioethics from Albany Medical College and has spent more than
 \ntwenty-five years working at the intersection of clinical ethics\,\nrese
 arch compliance\, and emerging technologies in healthcare.\nThroughout his
  career\, Dr. Nolen has advised hospital ethics\ncommittees\, nonprofit or
 ganizations\, federal agencies\, and AI\ngovernance initiatives on managin
 g ethical risk in complex\norganizations. His work focuses on the design a
