DESCRIPTION:Quiet Paths: Expressive Arts for Reflection\, Care\, and Renewa
 l is a\ncommunity-based expressive arts project designed to support caregi
 vers\nand community members experiencing stress\, grief\, or life transiti
 ons\nthrough reflective\, process-based artmaking.  Led by Eileen Daly\nW
 ilkinson of WELLarts in collaboration with Nurses & Neighbors\, the\nproje
 ct offers recurring monthly workshops in quiet\, trusted community\nsettin
 gs\, welcoming participants regardless of prior art experience. \nProgram
 ming follows a flexible quarterly thematic\nstructure—including fall “
 Neuro Tree” (letting go and new\ngrowth)\, winter vision boards\, and sp
 ring reflective\njournaling—allowing activities to be repeated and adapt
 ed for\ndifferent audiences\, seasons\, and community contexts. All worksh
 ops\nwill be held from 10-11:30 AM. Registration is required.  When and\
