The Rehoboth Beach Film Society (RBFS) proudly presents the 28th anniversary edition of its Rehoboth Beach International Film Festival (RBIFF) on November 1 - 8, 2026. Launched in 1998, the festival is one of the longest-running in the United States and has stood the test of time as a must-attend international event right here in Sussex County, DE. An anticipated 4,000+ attendees will make the journey from around the U.S. and the globe, including acclaimed directors, producers, and writers who will travel to share their films and stories with festival attendees.

A unique variety of features, shorts films, and documentaries will be presented, as well as panels, special events, “Meet the Filmmakers,” happy hours and so much more. There will also be plenty of opportunities to meet industry professionals like Mike Fergus, Oscar®-nominated screenwriter of Children of Men and Iron Man and Hugo Award-winning writer/producer of Syfy’s The Expanse, with more luminaries to be announced.
