  us\nthis August for CAMP Rehoboth’s upcoming exhibition\, Rising Tides:
 \nAn Exhibition by Dianna Poindexter. The exhibit will feature a variety\n
 of Poindexter’s expressive and impactful works.  Dianna Poindexter\nis 
 a contemporary expressionist painter whose work is inspired by the\nbeauty
 \, power\, and constant change found both in nature and in the\nhuman expe
 rience. Through expressive brushwork\, rich color\, and a\nstrong sense of
  movement\, she creates paintings that invite viewers to\npause\, reflect\
 , and discover their own connection to the stories\nwithin them.  Working
  primarily in environmentally friendly\nwater-soluble oils and acrylics\, 
 Poindexter draws inspiration from the\nAtlantic coastline\, tidal marshes\
 , rolling waves\, weathered boats\, and\nmoments that have shaped our coll
 ective history. Her work explores\nthemes of transformation\, resilience\,
  the ever-changing beauty of the\ncoast\, and social justice.  Throughout
  her work\, the idea of\n“rising tides” emerges as both a natural and 
 human metaphor. Just\nas the tides continually reshape the shoreline\, the
  forces of change\nshape our lives\, challenging us\, bringing us together
 \, and moving us\nforward. Whether reflected in nature or the human spirit
 \, her\npaintings celebrate the beauty\, strength\, and shared experiences
  that\nconnect us all.  Originally from Scottsdale\, Arizona\, Poindexter
 \nearned her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Moore College of Art & Design in\n
 Philadelphia before making the East Coast her home more than 30 years\nago
 . She now lives and works in Rehoboth Beach\, Delaware\, with her\nwife\, 
 Margo\, where the rhythms of the coast continue to inspire her\ncreative p
 ractice.  Poindexter’s paintings have been exhibited in\ngalleries thro
 ughout Pennsylvania\, Maryland\, and Delaware and are held\nin private col
 lections across the United States.  The opening\nreception for Rising Tid
 es will be hosted on Friday\, August 7\, from\n5:00-7:00 p.m. We hope to s
