 am – 1:30 pm. We time these cruises with the low tide\,\nwhich is 12:40 
 pm on Jan. 11. \n\nJoin us for a 2.5-hour cruise of the waters around the
  mouth of the\nDelaware Bay aboard the _Thelma Dale IV_. The boat featur
 es a heated\ncabin\, benches along the lower deck rail\, and a top deck fo
 r open-air\nviewing. We will visit the two stone breakwaters and the ice b
 reakers\nin search of common and rare waterfowl and seabirds including gul
 ls\,\ncormorants\, gannets\, loons\, scoters\, eiders and with luck a\nWhi
 te-winged Scoter or Razorbill. We also have a good chance of seeing\nHarbo
 r and Gray Seals that regularly haul out on the rocks. Restrooms\nare avai
 lable on board\, and coolers (_with off-centered ales from\nDogfish Head_
