Talk about a lucky find! It was my family’s first trip to Rehoboth Beach and we only decided to book with a month’s notice. We found Atlantis Inn had a competitively priced room available. Upon our arrival we were greeted by their amazing staff who were welcoming and knowledgeable. Our room was clean and the AC worked like a champ on those 90+ degree days. You can see that the hotel is not located on the beach but I think that’s a good thing. It’s centrally located on the strip with great access to all the shops. The beach was probably less than a 10 min walk depending on your pace. Another plus is their outdoor pool, yes it was on the smaller side and towels seemed to always be gone (just ask the front desk and they’ll be happy to grab some) but, we used it every day we were there. Just park your car in their lot and enjoy your trip. I don’t think I’d seek out another hotel next time I visit, Atlantis Inn was great!

I’ve been coming to the Atlantis Inn now for the last four years. I absolutely love it. Melissa and her staff are nothing short of amazing. The Atlantis Inn is just a few short minutes walk to the beach. The walk down Rehoboth Avenue to the beach and boardwalk is always enjoyable with so many shops. The rooms are very accomodating and very clean. Lots of area on the balcony too. There’s a nice pool on the third floor with plenty of deck space that overlooks Rehoboth Avenue below. The rates are very reasonable. I highly recommend this establishment for business or family trips.

This is a motel. It's not a fancy inn or a b&b, so don't expect waffle-weave robes or any other such snobbery. If you want a relatively quiet, clean place to stay, a comfortable bed, a nicely sized room, a hot shower, all at a reasonable rate, this is the place. The staff was friendly, even calling after we checked out to ask what to do with a pair of our surf shoes they'd found. It's a short distance from the beach, surrounded by places to eat and indulge yourself with things the motel doesn't have. If Rehoboth is a future destination, Atlantis Inn will be our stay.
