If there was an award for the best, Most thoughtful Kindest server in Rehoboth, Jessie Would be at the top of my list for This Award Winning Chefs Greatest Recommendation….

From the moment I first walked up to consider booking a reservation at this restaurant I Met and enjoyed a moment talking with the warmly welcoming and incredibly enthusiastic Mark, his Friendliness and no pressure welcome made me want to take a menu to the nearby bench and Review it with My Family, including my elderly mother who wasn’t sure about walking in and standing there in the entrance trying to read a menu, Mark was excellent

We Booked an early reservation and Came back around 5:00 PM Perfect timing because it filled up Fast after that, It went from almost empty to almost full in an hour
The food was good, The Homemade Chips and Deep Dish Pizza were spectacular, But Nothing could compare to the hospitality by our server Jessie, I don’t have words for how exceptional He was, Or is, or how I hope the ownership of this restaurant knows and applauds that after reading this message, He is probably by far the single most thoughtful, articulate, and kindest “puts himself in the shoes of everyone He serves kind of server” You almost never get to experience this top 1% of service combined with an experience you won’t soon forget and when you do, The one who works tirelessly, selflessly, and Often thanklessly in one of the most Demanding businesses, Such as a restaurant, deserves every ounce of appreciation and applause you can return to them in Gratitude for what they provide in the most Grateful of ways, Jessie is really, really special and gave us the most warm, thoughtful, picture perfect Service experience we’ve ever had in over twenty years of coming to Rehoboth Almost every other month, I really Hope The Owners of this restaurant Print off a copy of this or Share how very special Both Mine, Our Family’s, and the Ownerships Appreciation is for such an Outstanding server who’s tirelessly dedicated to what may go down in My mind as the best service I have ever seen!!!! I sure hope the ownership Here or anyone ever fortunate enough to employ the talents of Jessie Considers this my finest endorsement of him professionally from what I’ve witnessed, I just can’t say enough about or share any greater thanks in appreciation for what He provided me and my family with, I hope the ownership Here continue to promote and give Jessie every opportunity He deserves for every ounce of rewarding success He can find In return for all his Hard work, Jessie, You’re outstanding and Should be very, very proud of yourself!!!!
….And Ava’s You’re very fortunate to have him, I sure hope you give him a round of applause and that every single person who ever books Here Asks to sit in His section, I’m an award winning chef who’s had my works served all across the world at some of the finest establishments known to man, And I can tell you, You’ll be very, very blessed to Have Jessie Serve You, He’s the rare type of server who’s so exceptionally talented that I’d return to any restaurant for his service because While the food is very delicious Here, Great service is Never guaranteed But I believe And for the very first time I’ve ever said this in any review…. But I have no doubt in my mind that if you book at Ava’s and ask to sit in Jessie’s section, You’ll have the Best Experience you’ve ever had visiting Rehoboth weather you’re a local or traveler, and Be ready to Want to throw money at a server, because there’s really no “tip” worth what He does, It’s immeasurably special, and not often found, it can’t be Taught, It’s either in Your Heart or not, and Jessie’s got a lot of Heart, I Hope you’ll ask for him, and Also that someone Sees this and Shares it with him for A Job well done

I love pizza. I don’t care if it’s Neapolitan pizza, NY Style pizza, Chicago deep dish, or this amazing Detroit Style Pepperoni pizza that Ava’s has. I stop in all the time to get one. Most often it’s for a to go order but we have also eaten in a few times. The staff is great. Very friendly and attentive. Food comes out quickly whether you are dining in or getting it to go. They have a great variety of pizza and food options. So if the Detroit style pizza isn’t for you, I am sure they have something else that will satisfy you.

We LOVE this place and visit as often as possible. It's also a restaurant we enjoy taking out of town guests. Our favorites are the Detroit Pepperoni Pizza and kind of weird, but I enjoy the Bianca Pizza with Ava's famous, amazing meatballs. Happy hour is also great! Everything we've tried here is spectacular so you can't go wrong.
