avid hotel Millsboro - Georgetown South, an IHG Hotel

I have been to so many hotels, but this one beats them all with a perfect 5! Everything was exceptional — the room was spotless, the shower was amazing, and the overall cleanliness of the property truly stood out. The bed was so comfortable I honestly wished I could take it home with me 😂.

I also really appreciated the changing pad in the lobby bathroom, which made things so much easier while traveling with my infant. The lobby coffee and tea station was a nice touch, the hallways smelled fresh and clean, and the ice maker with containers was super convenient. The staff were kind and helpful throughout my stay.

This was honestly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone, and I can’t wait to come back again!

This was a wonderfully clean place to stay, the front desk ladies were very nice smiled and said hi every time and took care of every need that I asked of them!
They have a nice gym which has most of the equipment you’d expect plus a pull up lunge bar and ropes for swinging around which I’ve never seen at any other IHG before.
If you ever forget any toiletries, they have all the small carry size things you might need.
Breakfast was served at 6 AM a bit earlier than most, which is nice for the early commuter or worker.
The rooms are clean and have synthetic flooring, not carpet.
There is a decent size fridge, no microwave, and two places for sitting if you have a guest.

A great, inexpensive choice for a comfortable hotel in the area I needed to stay in. The rooms were lovely- especially the beds!- and the breakfast was delicious, with more items than I anticipated. Very cute and cozy outdoor pool, very clean rooms. I will stay here again and would recommend it highly!
