I have been coming here for almost 4 years now, multiple times a year. My husband and I will (hopefully) never go anywhere else! It’s a great location for a really decent price. Be warned, Dewey beach is a BAR beach town. It has a loud and exciting night life that doesn’t end up until 3:00 am. That doesn’t work for everyone so I reccomend if you have young children or don’t sleep well with noise to try somewhere else. This hotel is great as it’s in walking distance to anything within dewey and the staff and management always help out no matter what! I’m extremely picky and particular and couldn’t recommend this more. The first year we came management was PHENOMENAL and was the reason we kept coming back! To whatever management is reading this, PLEASE do not change anything for the worse!! 💕💕

Checked into this place with my son and boyfriend on Friday night, we planned to stay only until Saturday. But the location ended up being so perfect for our trip that we extended our stay into Monday!
The women at the front desk in office, are so kind, welcoming and friendly. We felt comfortable here the whole time we stayed. Nobody was banging at the door before 11 to check out, they let us take our time and enjoy the pool on our last day.
Hands down the best spot in Dewey and we will now stay here every time we visit!!

For beach goers, the location is perfect (just a short walk to the sand)! If you are looking for restaurants, bars, and shops, also a great location. However, be aware of the extras...early check-in (before 4:00) comes at a cost, wifi is not free, and we had no tv service (again, maybe a charge). I did pay good money for a Saturday booking, and I was shocked by the extras. I booked through an agent and asked for 1st floor since we were leaving at 5:00 a.m. to head home; they don't really look at requests. I was on 3rd floor, lugging luggage downstairs (no elevators) early morning (sorry for those below me). The staff was not overly friendly. Again, location is great...pick your battles.
