Beach House Dewey

My reservation was with the Atlantic Oceanside & they stuck me at end of beach house. They never told me they were charging my card but they did when I told guy on phone I was paying cash. The guy took the reservation over the phone forgot to mention them charging my CC for 1 night. Bugs/ants in room but I could have moved to Atlantic Oceanside but to 2 or 3rd floor which I had requested 1st. I've stayed at Atlantic Oceanside several times with great experiences & met a lot of people. I will probably never stay in you hotels again. Prices too high for nothing.

Paid for the room in advance & then we were charged with another fee while driving down. We called and were told it was because they got a new credit card system they were trying to figure out and it would be removed. That was fine. But then when we arrived we were told someone over stayed in the room we booked so that’s why we got charged (for their extra stay). We were then put in a downgraded room for one night. Inside that room there were bugs crawling(have video but can’t post), sand all over the floor & the bathroom door did not close for privacy. Emailed multiple times & was not responded too.

Location is great, really great.
Rooms does not have a safe, which is standard.
The staff are amazing, always helping.

If you a family with kids, stay away from being there over the weekend, as the nearby club play loud music till 2am. You won't be able to fall asleep, guaranteed.
