What a Charming spot! Beach View Hotel really lives up to its name - just steps from the sand and close to everything you could want when vacationing at the beach - restaurants, shops, and the boardwalk. We visit in the fall when the crowds are lighter, the arcades are closed, and there are more dogs than kids - absolutely perfect for us. The hotel offers a typical but satisfying breakfast, coffee in both the lobby and rooms, wine and cheese at 5 PM, and warm cookies at 8 PM - such a nice touch after a beach walk. Rooms are clean, beds comfortable, shower is hot, towels fluffy. Since we don't come to Rehoboth to hang out in the room, convenience and comfort are what matter most - and Beach View delivers both beautifully.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel, they are amazing from beginning to end. Melissa the general manager was extremely helpful and accommodating, you can tell she is good to her team - they were truly all lovely and make it an experience to stay with them!
They are literally like 100 ft to the beach, with super clean rooms, housekeeping came daily (which many hotels don't offer anymore). I couldnt say enough nice things about this property! We will be returning! We love you can borrow beach chairs and towels - great added amenity.
It started with a great check in by Len who was there several other times as well. She was lovely to us. We also love Cassandra at the desk, all the staff was super accommodating.
The complimentary breakfast was so nice to have, as well as happy hour and my little ones loved the cookies in the evening!

I can not say enough wonderful things about this place. From the wonderful staff, to the delicious breakfast. Wine & cheese social & the cookies before bed. Those little things make this truly a special experience. The rooms were very clean, bed was super comfortable and with walking distance to shopping, food & the beach it made my birthday so memorable. My husband and I agree we will be back & we have already been telling everyone we know what a great place this is. Thank you for a wonderful time.
