We had a wonderful experience at this cute condo near the beach on 122 Philadelphia Street Unit 6, Rehoboth Beach! It was so clean, had everything we needed, and the location was absolutely perfect! It was a 5 minute walk to the beach, and also 5 minutes to walk to the Main Street to have access to all of the shops and restaurants. We didn’t need to use our car to do anything in the downtown or beach area. There are a lot of kid friendly restaurants with play areas while you eat, within a 15-20 minute drive, as well as an amazing little playground by a beautiful lake that is perfect for toddlers, also within walking distance. There are just a couple of things that people who have children under 5 should be aware of.

The living room is sunken, so there is a step down into it. The whole floor is wood so it blends in. It would have been helpful to have some kind of colored tape at the edge of the step down to remind people - especially toddlers - that it is there.

The upstairs has open rail slats the whole way around - very easy for a child 5 and under to fall through. It would have been helpful to have one rail that ran across the middle of all of the slats to make the openings smaller to prevent an accident.

The beds are quite firm, which we aren’t used to so had a some difficulty with, but that is more a personal preference.

However, after that being said, we would definitely recommend this property as a great place to spend your vacation, and if you have older kids or all adults, it would be perfect! The cleanliness, amenities and location make this property 5 star for sure!!!

The house was beautiful the property was amazing. We loved staying there and were amazed at the fact that the owners literally thought of everything - extra blankets and pillows, towels, lounge covers, outdoor shower and bathroom, everything was clean and beautiful. The pool was pristine, and the games and sports courts were so much fun to play on and the amenities were just absolutely perfect. We can’t wait to have the opportunity to stay there again. I would give this property an A+. My family and friends enjoyed it so much. Thank you for creating an oasis for us to enjoy! Best beach house ever .

We absolutely love our summer home away from home!! It is set up almost exactly the way I would set it up… except I wish there was a king bed in the first floor master… We have fallen in love with not only the house but the pool and the neighbors we have met! Everyone treats us like family! Thank you to the Conners for creating such a welcoming home!!! We love it!!
