We absolutely love our summer home away from home!! It is set up almost exactly the way I would set it up… except I wish there was a king bed in the first floor master… We have fallen in love with not only the house but the pool and the neighbors we have met! Everyone treats us like family! Thank you to the Conners for creating such a welcoming home!!! We love it!!

For the past 12 years, we have been renting a house per year to bring the family together. This property was by far the cleanest of all of them. Bathrooms are laid out perfectly. TVs in every room. One draw back on a week vacation Is that the dryer didn’t work. That puts a bit of a crimp in your stay because you pack light for a week figuring on doing laundry one time.
My Son did get it to work on the last day…. too late with a 10 AM check out. The Dryer is 17 years old and needs replacing. The owner assured the realtor that it was being replaced. All things considered, it was a wonderful place to stay very enjoyable.

Very friendly and easy to reserve the room. We did have to take the extra steps to get passes and badges at the Sea Colony marketplace but it wasn’t all that big of a deal. But we did have to pay extra, it wasn’t included in the rental price and we had to pay extra to rent bedding. The unit itself was great. Sea colony is our favorite summer trip but be sure you rent a nice condo. Some owners don’t keep it nice but most do. Look at pictures and reviews before booking.
