Bethany Beach Ocean Suites Residence Inn by Marriott

One of the best Delaware Beach Hotels! Stayed here for 4 nights at the end of Sept. 2025 and had an incredible stay. Hotel is directly on the Bethany Beach Boardwalk & just steps away to the beach. The hotel & room was updated, very clean, and modern. Each morning they offer a Free Breakfast buffet which had a great selection of hot & cold breakfast items.The location was in walking distance to the shops and restaurants of Bethany Beach and a very short drive to other areas of interest such as Rehoboth Beach, DE, Fenwick Island, DE as well as Ocean City, MD. The staff during my stay were very friendly and welcoming, also a big shoutout to Lori at the front desk!!

I had a wonderful experience here this past weekend. The staff was extremely helpful, and the front desk ladies were amazing. Upon arrival, we were greeted by one of the nicest and most helpful team members, Mr. Imoh Matthews, who was absolutely spectacular. He knew the area like the back of his hand and was a tremendous help to my wife and me as we traveled with our two small children for a four-day stay.

Imoh consistently checked in with us daily to ensure our needs were being met. He went out of his way to make sure we always had a luggage cart ready whenever we were entering or exiting the hotel. His kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism made a huge difference in our stay. Truly, he is the best example of outstanding customer service that any guest could hope for.

Ocean front, balcony room was beautiful but you definitely pay a lot for the view!

Room well appointed but balcony lights can't be turned off which was a bummer for sitting out at night.

Pool area is odd and small/shallow. Bathroom in this area was not clean.

Parking garage and elevators are a bit confusing at first.

Hotel restaurant was pricey for what we had. We had excellent service but wouldn't recommend eating here.

Breakfast buffet was standard Marriott offerings. Nothing special.
