Customer service needs improvement. When ordering my drink, I could already tell the man behind the registrar was very brief when being asked questions about the menu. I ordered a size large, only to receive a size small. I attempted to go back into the cafe in order to exchange for the correct size but accidentally spilled my drink on the way.
The spill was noticed by the man who took my ordered, who stated that he will take care of the spill. I was not sure if he would even offer another drink, given I haven’t even drank it yet. As I waited, a few customers came and went and he cleaned up the spill. The entire time he did not acknowledge a refund or a replacement drink. Frustrated, I ended up leaving after having paid for a drink that I never got to drink.
All at the same time, two women who appeared like rich housewives witnessed the spill and looked at me in embarrassment, almost ashamed and disgusted. They had no sympathy and seemed to have laughed about it with the guy at the registrar when taking their order.
I have never been to a facility as rude as this place with people who feel entitled, including a few of their customers.

Café a Go-Go is a lovely spot. It’s quiet and cozy, service is always fast and friendly. Lots of drinks to pick from, all of which are fantastic.
Got the mexican choco chai, which was frothy at the top, hot but not scalding, and very rich and delicious. Will be back again!

I’d say this is an average cafe. The breakfast sandwich had a horrendous flavored cheese… I’m not sure what kind but it smelled sweet and tasted off. The employees were not necessarily friendly and the pricing was average. Wouldn’t come back per se, I’d find another of the many in Rehoboth.
