Cafe Pink Blossom
Our family comes to DE for our annual rehoboth beach getaway but this was our first time eating here! It was so good that we came back the next day for breakfast! The service was excellent, everyone was warm and welcoming! They were super accommodating to our toddler and infant! The food was SO good, such fresh ingredients and extremely satisfying for breakfast/ brunch or even lunch craving! I had smoked salmon sandwich with all the fixings one more morning and the next I had the Mediterranean omelette - TOP TIER. Our toddler loved the pancakes! Outside seating was lovely and shaded. Can’t wait to visit again next year.

Had the gyro sandwich which was very good. Ordered it with a side beet salad and that was super delicious. The dressing is a citrus vinaigrette which was a perfect choice. Friend had the avocado toast and loved it. Will definitely go again and highly recommend

Driven by for months and finally had the chance to stop in for breakfast. Busy, busy place! Not much atmosphere, but no reason not to go. VERY noisy. Hard to hear your tablemate! Needs curtains and wall/ceiling panels to absorb some of the noise.
Service was fast and friendly. Eggs were perfectly cooked, although the Benedict could have used a bit more Hollandaise. Fresh squeezed orange juice was delicious. Be warned not to stir it up however, all the seeds are in the bottom.(Not sure if it's worth $8?) Lemonade is also pricey $7 for squeeze of lemon into a glass 95% water.. Other tables' food looked good.
Wait staff not on board with specials. We heard other servers tell their tables, but when we asked our waitress, she didn't know!
We'll have to visit again to try more food...
