Cafe Pink Blossom

We were looking for a breakfast spot on Rt. 1 with a parking lot and found Cafe Pink Blossom on Google, which we have driven by every weekend but never payed any attention to. We decided to give it a shot and I’m so glad we did. The menu was great and it was hard to choose because there were so many things we wanted to try. We settled on the Avocado Benedict and Caprese Avocado Toast. Both were delicious! Our server was awesome, I think his name was Utum. We’ll definitely be back to try some other options on the menu!

This place is completely amazing. Delicious food, well cooked, the flavor and texture are stunning. Server and personnel were charming. 100% recommended

Service was good, everyone we encountered was super nice and accommodating.
Ordered Sausage Gravy over toast and a Ham and Cheese omelette. The flavor of the sausage gravy missed the mark for me. It was okay. The omelette was good but way too much cheese.
All in all still a good spot with a great atmosphere.
