I went there for my birthday a gift to myself. And everything was wonderful from check in to check out. I was checked in by the general manager who was a pure joy and delight. Very nice warm and welcoming. Made me feel like family. The bartender was just a warm and welcoming. The room spacious so nice quite it was a wonderful time. I would give it 100 stars. I will be back for sure to stay again

We are pleasantly surprised with Cambria Hotel. From the friendly staff at check in to the cleanliness of the rooms and all the amenities offered to us. Indoor swimming pool and gym; The Veranda restaurant offers an outstanding dining experience. The bar also serves unique drinks and cocktails. Josh, the general manager, was very helpful and Nicole is so friendly; they are efficient, knowledgeable, and made us feel comfortable during our stay. Overall we absolutely enjoyed our time at the Cambria Hotel and will be back again. Thank you for a wonderful mini vacation getaway. 🌹

First off - the rooms are very nice, and the staff that cleans and provisions the rooms are great. I just wish the rest of the staff were as good as those that do the hard work. When I arrived I waited 11 minutes holding all of my gear - nobody was at the desk. I even called. When the manager finally arrived he told me it wasn't his fault, they were short-staffed. Really? If you're the manager, how is not your fault? Regardless - not good customer service to make your customers wait, even worse to make excuses for incompetence. But if you want really bad service - go to the Veranda bar. I guess this place doesn't like people who reserve through the Chase portal? Or maybe I just do not look rich enough? But waiting for 25 minutes (yes, I timed it) with am empty drink in front of me clearly wanting service is absolutely ridiculous. One bartender was out emptying trash, the other was flirting with the manager. I guess those things are more important than customers? I guess being a solo traveler my tip potential wasn't worth your time? Absolutely pathetic.
