I got the hot Bobbie, fries and a brookie. The brookie and fries are perfect. Couldn’t be better. The hot Bobbie was also good but the turkey was pretty dry. It was the end of the day so I’ll give them a break and the cranberry and mayo did make up for it enough that the sandwich was still really good, it just woulda been better if it were cooked less 😅 Will return.

Yesterday we ordered 2 subs - one 18 inch chicken cheese stake, and second one veggies and cheese sub on while wheat role to go- when the subs arrived in place of vegetables and cheese sub I was given cheese stake sub! We don’t eat red meat… how can they make such a big mistake… never going back to this place again! The chicken cheese stake was not that great either! How could they make such a blatant mistake? I was the only customer at the time! The person who took order clearly wasn’t paying attention… spend less time on the phone and pay attention to your customers!! And it’s not cheap either!! I didn’t even bother calling or make a trip… 20
Minutes to go and 20 minutes to come back wasn’t worth wasting my gas!! But they.certainly lost me as a customer and my friends who I found out had similar experiences!!

Was there on 9-24-2024. I have been to Caps several times . Mostly in new castle. Thie was the worse sub i have ever eaten. First the sub had no meat. I paid $24 dollars for a bread and veggies. The onions were cut up in chunks and were old. I will not come here again. The old longneck cap was good. But this is crap. I will not buy another until i go back to new castle. You all need to give people what they pay for. More meat and cheese less veggies and make a decent sub. Bottom line nasty. Thew it to the dog. I simply could not eat it. I will go back to the country market in Georgetown to get a good sub. They are the best around.
