Great location right on Rehoboth Ave, very close to shops and plethora of dining options, with the beach within 10 minutes of walking. Never needed to take the car out during our weekend relaxing stay.
This is a no frills comfort stay place with all amenities that one may need for a short stay. Overall our stay was comfortable, without being superb.
Please note that breakfast is not available and there is no room or daily housekeeping services and also that there is no elevator. However, these are all disclosed upfront so should not be a surprise.

Complete ignorance in service. Check in was complicated and without clear instructions No room service if that’s important to you. The best of all -the very neighbors next door having a party well after midnight and the after work hours staff suggesting - deal with it yourself. Was completely different last year when we stayed. I would guess - new management. Had I known , would have stayed elsewhere. Don’t let good reviews fool you .

Stayed recently for four nights and were very pleased with everything. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable and parking was always available. We would absolutely stay again.
