Good location and a great value for the price. The beds were comfortable, and the room met our needs. The self-check-in process was a bit frustrating, especially since several elderly guests seemed confused and kept asking us for help checking in. Additionally, the ice machine was out of order during our stay and was still not fixed by the time we left, despite us reporting the issue. Overall, it was a decent stay, but there are a few areas that could be improved.

Stayed in the offseason May2026. Ideal location to the beach and bars/restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable enough. Bathrooms need a big upgrade in terms of water pressure. The lobby was under construction so I had to check in over the phone, but that was easy once I was taken off of hold. I’d stay here again if the price is right.

Did not have a good experience. Service does not match the amount of money they charge.
Upon arrival, the room smelled of mildew. We chalked it up to being on the bottom floor and having the cold A/C running. No big deal.
When we went to was our hands, we discovered a body wash dispenser in place of hand soap. Annoying, but not the end of the world. Then we discovered the dispenser was completely empty. A little more annoying.
When we entered the bathroom, we found an old roll of toilet paper with about a quarter roll remaining and an unopened roll sitting on top of the toilet. Again, not the end of the world, but much less than I expect when paying $876 for 2 nights.
When showering the following morning, I found that the hot water lasted under 5 minutes before going barely lukewarm. Additionally, I found the body wash dispenser in the shower was also empty following the few pumps we had used to wash our hands over the night. This forced me to call the front desk (who are not on site). They informed me that they did not have housekeeping personnel on site and they would have to make their way over from their partner hotel. I waited over 10 minutes for someone to arrive with more body wash. When the housekeeping associate arrived, she had a large gallon of body wash, so she needed to enter the room while my girlfriend was sleeping to refill the body wash container at the sink (the “hand soap”) and the body wash container in the shower.
Fortunately, there was plenty to do in Rehoboth outside of the hotel room. The location is good and convenient to shops, restaurants, the beach, etc, but we found that to be the only positive. Overall, we were very disappointed with our experience at the Crosswinds and we will not be back.
