Drift Seafood and Raw Bar

You can’t believe how the food taste like in this amazing place! When did you eat last time in a place where every single ingredient it’s organic home made? Well this is the place!!! Small, clean, cozy. I was eating a couple of times and I am in love with this food. They change part of menu daily. I had the honor to meet the manager, a very polite guy. I think his name is “B” and he looks really passionate, he makes time for everyone.

This place hands down has some of the best food I have tasted. If you have not been here yet, don’t think about it go! We were lucky enough to grab a seat outside at the bar. The service was generous with their time and provided insight into the menus. The drinks were delicious and super creative. The food was an experience. One of the beast fried oysters we’ve ever had and the pasta (hand made) was as good (or better) that we had in Italy. I will be coming back till we get through the menu and then start again as it’s very seasonal. Chef Tom Wiswell knows what he’s doing.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary last night at Drift. It was the most special evening! The staff gave us an anniversary card and a glass of Prosecco 😌 The food was impeccable! We had the little necks and tuna tartar to start, highly recommend both. I had the beef tenderloin which was perfectly prepared. The cocktails were exquisite and the wine list was great! I can’t thank the staff enough for making our evening so special. We will definitely be back to this intimate and sweet gemstone of a restaurant!
