Extremely DISAPPOINTED!! I ordered a buffalo shrimp quesadilla and received a chicken quesadilla instead. After waiting over 25 minutes, this was beyond frustrating. The customer service was horrible and didn’t make the situation any better. The only highlight was the ice cream. Unfortunately, I will NOTbe returning.

We had a wonderful experience at Friendly’s! Oscar, the manager, went above and beyond to make our visit special for our grandchildren. When they were out of coloring books, he took the time to find toys so the kids would have something to enjoy while they waited. That level of thoughtfulness truly stood out.
Our waitress, Bagzhan, was equally amazing. She was patient, attentive, and did a fantastic job keeping everything moving for our table of young children. Her warm, friendly service made the meal so much more enjoyable.
Exceptional customer service is hard to find, and Oscar and Bagzhan both exemplified it. Thank you for making our family outing such a memorable one. We’ll definitely be back!

so many different flavors, our server pam was great as well!! we will be returning frequently, as this is a cheap date spot, and now we can collect points from the rewards system!
