Friendly's

We ordered a meal and they did not bring what we asked for then proceeded to tell us we ordered something different when we did not. They corrected that and brought out right items. We ordered large ice creams to go and they didn’t put Reese’s pieces on the Reese’s pieces Sunday that we ordered. So we had to ask for those. The second Sunday was supposed to be hot fudge, marshmallow and caramel. There was only hot fudge. As you can see in picture they were not large.
We take a trip to rehoboth every year and look forward to our meal at friendlys. After this visit we will no longer be eating here.

Went to get ice cream with my dad on a Saturday night thinking we would have a nostalgic night. To our surprise the restaurant was so dirty, the staff was very unprofessional, and took about 30 minutes to get ice cream, when there was only one couple sitting down getting ice cream. There’s seating for about a 100 individuals, yet I don’t think the staff could handle 5 individuals. It’s reasons like this that friendlys are closing all over. On the bright side the one worker who was in the back making a mess decided to completely abandon the other workers and go outside to talk to his buddy, while the one waitress struggled with 6 customers by herself. I mean it is present in the pictures that the workers simply just don’t care about the establishment. If I was the manager or owner I would have hired help for the poor waitress. From what I’ve heard is that the owner simply doesn’t care about the franchise. Very sad

Haven't been here in a while. The place has been updated and spruced up. Very clean and bright. Nice upbeat ambiance.
Food was Friendlies'. Good, straightforward chow, nicely cooked, and tasty.
Service was the best! Pamela was our server. She was wonderful. All personality, upbeat, professional, courteous. She made the trip special. Thank you, Pamela!
