What a fantastic discovery in Lewes and the Boardwalk sister location Go Fish!
Adorable chip shop with a robust menu of British classics. The fish & chips is authentic in quality, taste and presentation. A huge portion of perfectly battered and fried fish atop pile of delightful chips with a side of creamy cole slaw that tasted homemade.
The shop is decked in British swag offering a casual unique dining area.
Service was warm, friendly and attentive.
Our drinks were delivered quickly and our food was served piping hot.
This is simply the best fish & chips I've ever had outside of Great Britain. PERIOD.
I've ordered fish & chips countless times here in the states most are perfectly fine...some total duds.

Absolutely phenomenal food! My fiancé and I got the fish & chips and were blown away. It was delicious! We also tried mushy peas and the beer battered cheesecake, which was a perfect blend of sweet and salty. The service was great, and the atmosphere was amazing. 10/10 will return every time we take this trip!

The wife and I decided to check this quaint little hole in the wall restaurant in Lewes, DE, called Go Brit! We ordered the fish & chips jumbo to share. The waiter/server was really nice. He made sure he was on top of our experience. Our drinks were full, and he even brought us an extra plate so we could share without an extra charge. Cool! Two large pieces of fish and awesome fries. Lightly salted. I enjoyed that! The slaw looked good. However, it wasn't to her liking. The prices were fair, and the decor was neat! Especially the cut out of her majesty. I recommend that if you come to Delaware and are heading to the beaches, to stop in and try it.
