We had an absolutely phenomenal stay at the Hyatt Place Dewey Beach, and the outstanding hospitality from the entire team made all the difference.
From the moment we checked in, the front desk staff set the tone for an incredible visit. Mia, the manager, along with Ryan, Jene, and Eva, went above and beyond to ensure our family and our guests had everything we needed. Every request was handled promptly, and their genuine warmth and attentiveness were felt throughout our stay. Traveling with kids can often be hectic, but they were remarkably thoughtful and accommodating to our children's needs, which made us feel right at home immediately.
Mornings were just as impressive thanks to Roxander and Valeria in the breakfast department. They delivered sincere, fast, and friendly service every day, keeping the area immaculate and ensuring our kids were well taken care of before heading out.
It is rare to find a property where every single interaction feels this genuine and attentive. Huge thanks to Mia, Ryan, Jene, Eva, Roxander, and Valeria for making our trip so memorable. We cannot wait to return!

Outstanding hotel. Great location. Great staff. Have been staying at this Hyatt almost every year since opened. Has indoor pool and wish it gad outdoor pool as well. The condos at the Hyatt does have a pool but not part organized by hotel- private owners.

My first time at Dewey beach. The hotel was wonderful. I would like to specifically call out Mia who was an absolute joy. She always had a smile and really made the stay better she was fantastic. I had a conversation with her and she said she loves her job this comes out with every interaction. What an asset for Hyatt. When you are away from home you remember bad experiences really easily but it takes a lot to remember the good. We will definitely always remember Mia. Thank you Hyatt and Mia.
