Kiwi's Tiki Hut

What a fun little place! We were there during the off-season as a quick impromptu visit to the area. There was an event happening in the hotel when we were there so this place was packed at night and even stayed open later than published. Live music, TV's throughout and a nice large bar and spacious tables that overlook the water. We just stopped in for some basketball and a drink after dinner somewhere else, but decided to try some "bar food" and got the nacho appetizer to pick at with our drinks. It was HUGE but it was loaded with so much on it (even more than was in the description) that the chips couldn't be picked up with your hands, so it was a little difficult to eat at the bar. There was only one bartender but he totally rocked the large crowd with ease. My first drink was kind of bitter but he quickly made me a new one that was great and didn't even charge me for it. He laughed as he admitted he had forgotten the simple syrup. I was amazed with the amount of people there that he could remember anything. I can only imagine how hoping that place is during the summer season with the outside Tiki bar open. It's a nice spot to be if you want good drinks, lots of food choices, reasonable prices and a fun atmosphere.

Quick and friendly service. Great view and atmosphere. We had both a lunch and a dinner and both times our food arrived in no time. The fruit platter and blt both were a hit. The kids' quesadilla and tiki burger were good as well. It was very welcoming for children as well, I was able to sit with an infant stroller with no problem. They even have a canine menu that's adorable! This is a great option if you have kids, it doesn't feel like an adult bar only.

Friendly service. Very accommodating staff. Tasty food. Chips and salsa and guacamole, coconut chicken and chicken strips and fries were all pretty good. Our waitress was very kind. I don’t remember her name. You can sit on counter height chairs and view the beach and people walking the boardwalk (where we sat) or sit away from the boardwalk area. There’s air conditioning even though it’s an open space. Clean bathrooms and they aren’t sandy.
