I love that this is not a chain restaurant. Homey atmosphere family owned business. Has a little coffee bar where you can help yourself. The prices are reasonable and the food is not bad.

We went to The Lemon Tree for breakfast today. It was our first visit and what a hidden gem. It's a totally locals place so keep that in mind. No fancy fufu vacation spot. The food was amazing and the staff was extremely friendly. Not to mention the pancakes were the size of your head. If you are looking for great food and great service, give them a try.

I've been told by friends and close ones that the Lemon Tree restaurant is a staple of Lewes, Delaware. To that they were not wrong. The food came out quickly and filled me right up preparing my properly for the long day ahead of me. The service was outstanding as they took care of our party of 8. If you are in this pretty little town I highly recommend dining here for breakfast, brunch, or lunch!

p.s. they also have a library in the restaurant too!!!
