Delicious breakfast, first time here. Great seating, ambiance, clean. Will be back.

I do not know what has happened to this place but I have decided I’m not coming here anymore after 24 years. Very few wait staff. Everyone speaks broken English. The new tables and table arrangements horribly uncomfortable and the waiter can’t even get to patrons with food. Huge sofa as you come in the door with dirty worn cushions. Most of the comfortable cozy booths are gone . My table is sticky and dirty I asked for it to be cleaned. No one has done it. Who ever owns this place I plan to spread the word. I live here part time I can ride my bike here . . Dishes crashing no one makes eye contact and your order is on a hand held computer. Finally cleaned table with a rag but still sticky so I took my wave newspaper and used it as a placemat. I swore I wasn’t coming back here after a waitress used her shirt to wipe my table during the previous fall but I keep giving it another shot.

Went here for brunch on 7/21. The biggest thing around this town is all the major restaurants are packed out the doors and have a hour long wait which gets extremely frustrating. Came here on a whim since it didn’t scream ”tourist spot”. We were able to sit down immediately and order food. The pancakes were fantastic, the eggs were cooked perfectly and overall the food is great here. Ocean view is a great spot to eat at. Definitely recommend especially if you’re looking to get away from the “touristy” restaurants around town that have extended wait times to even sit down.
