I’ve been staying at the Oceanus every year for the past few years, and I can’t imagine staying anywhere else.
Years ago, I stayed at another local place where many of the staff worked before going to the Oceanus. Since my mom and sister could no longer join me for our annual trip, I decided to stay in Rehoboth instead and walked into the office at Oceanus to check in, I was surprised to see so many familiar faces. I don’t think they’ll ever know how much comfort that brought me at a time when I really needed it. It instantly made me feel welcome, and I’ve been coming back ever since.
The people here are what truly make this place special. They’re kind, friendly, and genuinely care about their guests. They create such a welcoming atmosphere!
The rooms are always clean, comfortable, and exactly what I need for a beach vacation. The location is great, and the value is hard to beat.
Thank you to everyone at the Oceanus for making this my favorite place to stay. Your kindness and hospitality mean more than you probably realize, and it’s the reason I keep coming back year after year.

A 10 minute or so walk to the beach, but the rooms are so well clean and comfy that staying in and taking a nap or watching TV is just as good. Having the pool as well to cool down in or read a book by was a big plus! The people in the office were super nice and accommodating. Couldn't have asked for a better stay.

If I could give more than five stars for The Oceanus, I would. My family and I were in Rehoboth the end of July last year. Dan and Jean went above and beyond in providing us with a room. My 11 year old granddaughter was recovering from surgery and we needed a room at the last minute. We have stayed at the Oceanus multiple times and never had a bad experience. The rooms are super clean. The pool is the best. We highly recommend this hotel.
