Playa Bowls Rehoboth

Very disappointing experience. I used to work at Playa Bowls in New Jersey, so I know the standards the company is supposed to uphold. The quality at this Delaware location was awful.

They charge higher prices because they’re by the shore, yet they still skimp on the ingredients. I ordered a Nutella Bowl with extra Nutella, and they barely put any on it. Why am I paying more just to get less?

My girlfriend ordered a Stupid Cupid Bowl, and the strawberries were soggy and looked like they were starting to rot. On top of that, my two friends were also shorted on granola and Nutella. It’s absurd to charge these prices while serving food of this quality.

To make matters worse, they still ask for a tip. I don’t know who’s managing this location, but no Playa Bowls I’ve worked at or visited in New Jersey would ever serve food with this level of poor quality.

My mango bowl was good and our two smoothies. The service and cleanliness could’ve been better, especially in the bathroom, I suggest sweeping and cleaning the counter! Also, would love to see more pep in the employees’ steps, they really take their time and don’t seem to care about moving things along.

Delicious nutritious smoothies, thank you for substituting mangos for strawberries!! I had 6 smoothies during my week. I will be back for sure next year.
