The boat rental process was easy, and the staff did a great job explaining everything. They were friendly and helpful. We were allowed to bring our goldendoodle along with us, too. The only issue I had was that I would have appreciated knowing that the strong southern wind caused the bay water to be very rough. The waves were too high for a pontoon, in my opinion. We weren't able to enjoy calm water to fish and cruise. If they had told me, I would have reserved a boat for another date because it was fun on the calm inlet waters.

We love renting pontoon boats from Shark’s Cove. The boats are in great condition and very clean. Owen helped us get onboard and squared away, then gave us a detailed orientation of the boat operation. We are looking forward to our next rental with them!

There are a lot of boat rental places in Ocean City. Shark's Cove isn't the fanciest but they have great prices and their staff is first rate. Mark, the owner, was great to deal with. We had a total blast on our 4 hour rental. At the end we even saw some dolphins. The kids loved riding on the tube behind the boat. The grown ups did too.
