Our trip was very disappointing. We were VERY excited to take our family for a quick trip. We received mixed emails saying check-in for cottages was 3pm and 4pm. So when we arrived at 3pm and were told we could not check in until 4pm, it was not a great start but nonetheless we were still excited. Until we got to our cottage...these are SMALL they don't advertise the square feet but they are tight for a family. The floors and kitchenware were dirty. Our bedding that was balled up in a bag were dirty causing us to pack all the kids back in the car to drive back to the welcome area and get new ones. The beds are cheap. There was no way for my daughter to safely access the top bunk so that was practically unusable. One of the biggest reasons we picked this resort was for the pools. Specifically the heated pool close to the welcome area. On our only full day at the resort the pool opened late and the pool heater was broken which was a big deal as the family pool was ICE cold (stayed late August). We called the front desk later that day to see if the pool heater was fixed and no one at the front desk could answer our question and we didn't want to get the kids ready and packed for the pool to find out it wasn't working. The kids enjoyed the park that was available, but as parents we had a hard time looking past the trash that littered the sandy area. For the price, this resort should be better.

We just returned from a camp 4 day weekend with 16 of us!! We will be going back next year! The staff was phenomenal! The activities were perfect for kids and adults too! I just can’t say enough! Special
Thank you to Stephanie and the sweet lady at the front desk who answered ALL my questions and made sure the activities were a blast!! 💥 ⛺️💜

This campground is nice and has great amenities when it’s open. I am here for the next month, last year I came down the weekend of labor day and stayed the whole next week. Had a wonderful time. Yesterday Sunday I had a wonderful time. Today I get all ready to go to the pool it’s 85 sunny, not a cloud in the sky and what was advertised to me when I booked and all last year is now not available to me. Pool is closed and is only open in September all of a sudden Thurs-Sunday. This is really unacceptable. I was here end of April it was 60 degrees out and the pool was still open. Now it’s 85 and I don’t have any access to a pool. Both pools suddenly closed today on some of the nicest days of the year. I hope management hears this complaint and reviews this new policy because the pool and restaurant is the biggest attraction here and on some of the nicest days of the year I can’t access it. Management fix this!
