It is one door off from the Boardwalk. Nice indoor pool and roof terrace. Friendly staff. Room clean. Partial ocean view. Bear in mind this is a motel. Very quiet. Comfy bed. Parking garage is a big plus. Downside is there is a derelict, closed up motel next door. Also, construction on bathrooms outdoors on the Boardwalk is unsightly but wasn't noisy. I didn't move my car at all. I just enjoyed merchants and restaurants on the Boardwalk. I might return, but probably would give another place a try. Thanks for a nice stay.

We went with this one instead of the neighboring place, and we were so thankful we did. Our room was quiet even on the busiest night of the week, unlike the other affordable hotels on the boardwalk.
Just a stone’s throw from the beach and bulk of local shops / restaurants.
CLEAN, safe, and great service. The building is a bit older, but everything seems renovated for comfort. There’s no major frills, but that’s not a concern when you’ll spend most of your time on the beach and boardwalk.

I love the Admiral, it's my go to hotel for it's location. It's 40ft from the boardwalk on ocean side. I love that the room doors open to the outside so you can get a feel for the weather regarding what to wear. It's one minute to Rehoboth shops and restaurants on foot. It's a double lifeguarded beach. It's next to beach patrol for any medical emergency. The chair and umbrella rentals are open till mid September (cash only)! The rooms are sized accordingly but sometimes missing a luggage rack so you might have to call the front desk for one or two. The TV picture is not the greatest but if you came to the beach for TV then, we'll maybe you should stay home. Lighting could be better but it's doable. There is plenty of drawer space and 2 dressers a decent size mini fridge, very comfortable beds and lots of pillows. Parking is available for free in there 2 level garage. I stay on an upper floor facing north and it's perfect. There is a rooftop pool with a clear ceiling with 2 outside decks north and sout facing. Both have lounges and tables and chairs. The only problem I had was getting out of the pool. There are only 2 ladders and NO STEPS. So if u have any ortho disabilities or you fat like me then forget about it 😬. Also FYI the bathrooms have a step in tub. I hope this gives you all enough information to make your decision. Nann Tucker from Baltimore MD.
