The Avenue Inn & Spa

Perfect place to stay in Rehoboth Beach! Stayed in mid-December for a friend’s birthday, and they had a card and a surprise in the room when we checked it! Not to mention the hotel was decked out for the holidays in all the common spaces! The wine and cheese hour and cookie hour are touches that make this hotel feel special and unique. Everyone we encouraged was very nice and helpful. The pool, hot tub, and steam room were perfect after a cold day walking around town. Highly recommend!

I came here a few weeks ago to celebrate my sister’s birthday, and this hotel was perfect! I’m so glad I found it. You really can’t beat it especially for the price. Everyone who works there was so kind and helpful. Our room was amazing- super clean and spacious. The amenities were incredible. We enjoyed the indoor pool and the hot tub + sauna! There was wine & cheese at 5:00 and cookies at 8:00 offered every night, which was such a nice touch. We loved just sitting in the lobby and chatting while enjoying the Christmas tree and decorations. It was decorated so beautifully for the holidays! There was also free breakfast every morning, and free coffee and tea available any time you needed. The location is awesome and you can easily walk to the different stores and restaurants around Rehoboth Ave. The spa attached to the hotel was fantastic. We got facials and massages - so relaxing. We wanted to explore the area a little more but the hotel was so incredible that we ended up hanging there most of the time. We want to make it a yearly tradition to come back. So relaxing and perfect! Thank you Avenue inn!

We had the best experience ever. The place is incredible. We were there in December and with so many indoor amenities we were never bored despite the cold weather outside . We particularly loved the milk and freshly baked cookies at 8:00 pm. Our stay was very memorable!
