AVOID VACASA in Sea Colony!! They are LIARS!! We were told mold coming out of vent onto wall was “ not mold but dust”, refrigerator never worked- we had to throw away all perishables on day 3. Filthy floors, gross area rugs & floor mats, ants crawling everywhere in kitchen. Not one human called us back after we repeatedly went to office and left messages.. ROBOTS answer and leave you texts. Please they need to GO OUT OF BUSINESS!!!

Sea Colony and our unit was actually fine, as advertised. But Vacasa themselves are shady and frustrating to work with. They tacked on hidden fees and blamed it on "dynamic pricing". Will not book with them and after reading some more of these reviews, it's not a fluke it's the pattern for this business. Just leaves the ich feeling and these businesses just don't care about guests once they have your booking.

Don't rent from them. The door code they gave us to get into the condo we were renting was wrong, so we were locked out of the condo when we arrived. We told them the code was wrong, and they sent us the same incorrect code. I had to call the national Vacasa support line to get the correct code, and even they had to give me 3 codes before I got the right one.

There was also mold or dirty covering a vent. The internet code they provided was incorrect. There were no sharp knives in the kitchen - they were either too dull to use or had chipped blades. Avoid them.
